Appy Organizers to Meet with Norfolk Southern Corp!

Appalachia Sports Complex organizers and Appalachia Town Officals are scheduled to meet with officals from the Norfolk Southern Corporation on April 22 in relation to the possibility of a donation of land from the N&S Railroad to the Town of Appalachia for the creation of a Sports Complex. They have heard our cries.

Nothing can save that place and that includes the high school. Appalachia isn't even a pass through town anymore, businesses will continue to shut down and eventually the town will be nothing but a bunch of abandon buildings.
